I hereby understand and acknowledge that the use of the Gym, Hydropool, and Sauna at St Ives Barns may expose me to inherent risks, including accidents and injuries. I/We assume all risks of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, use of the gym equipment and Hydropool, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks.

I hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with my participation in any activity. I acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in.
I understand that hiring and using St Ives Barns is at my own risk and during opening hours access to all facilities offered by St Ives Barns will not be staffed. I also understand that all public areas of the Gym & Spa are monitored by CCTV for the safety of our guests as these areas are unmanned.

By my signature, I indicate that I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
