Conduct Expectations

You agree that you will, and any guests that accompany you will:

Show consideration for staff and anyone you have contact with on the premises.

Refrain from using abusive, offensive, or foul language.

Not engage in violent, offensive, or threatening behavior towards any staff or other contacts on the premises.

Not bring, use, or be under the influence of illegal drugs on any part of the premises.

Not be intoxicated within the premises, only consume alcohol within designated areas, and not bring your own alcohol.

Avoid any anti-social or disruptive behavior, including inappropriate or threatening behavior, misuse of equipment, or engaging in illegal or sexual activities.

Not act in a manner that constitutes sexual harassment.

Health and Safety Procedures

You agree to follow any enhanced hygiene protocols.

Use facilities at your own risk and adhere to safety briefings provided at the beginning of your visit.

Wear appropriate swimwear as required.

No smoking is allowed on any part of the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by You
​

Non-arrival: Full payment required.
-
Within 7 days of arrival: Full payment of the booking cost.
-
8 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking cost.
-
15 to 29 days before arrival: 25% of the booking cost.
-
30 days or more before arrival: Full refund.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or alter bookings at any time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any reservation. Where we have indicated that we will not accept a booking or your presence within our spa, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings you have made or refuse entry. If we do so, we will refund any payment made but no compensation will be given.

In the event of significant changes or cancellations, we will notify you and offer:

Acceptance of alternative booking arrangements.

A full refund if you choose to cancel.

You must notify us of your decision within 7 days after we offer an alternative.

No compensation beyond these options will be offered for minor changes or cancellations arising from your requests.

Booking Amendments

Changes due to illness, adverse weather, or bereavement may be made up to 2 days before arrival, with a fee of £25 per person, at our discretion.

Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend booking travel insurance to cover potential issues such as cancellations or illness.
